WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO IN ORDER TO RECEIVE MEDICAL CONSULTATIONS,
TREATMENT AND REHABILITATION THROUGH INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL SERVICE
Step 1
Fill out our Online Registration
form. For more than one patient, please fill out separate form for
each person.
Before you travel, our physicians need to review your medical history
to determine the best possible course of diagnostics and treatment.
You can provide this information to International Medical Service, along
with applicable test results. We will respond to you within 1-3 days.
In case of emergency hospitalization we will respond immediately.
Step 2
Step 3
After reservations of the clinic and specialists will be made you
will obtain confirmation and arrive to the country of your choice. Please
note that the visa procedure will be your own responsibility.
If you let us know your travel plans, International Medical Service
will arrange to have you and family members traveling with you picked
up at the airport and taken to your hotel. Upon your departure, we will
provide transportation back to the airport.
When you will arrive at clinic, International Medical Service will
provide you with an interpreter to facilitate communication with doctors
and nursing staff. Your interpreter or patient coordinator is your liaison
to International Service and to hospital medical personnel throughout
your stay.
We recommend:
Send your registration form and medical documents
early in advance, even if you plan to start your treatment several months
from now. The planned treatment of certain diseases in the leading hospitals
and clinics around the world often needs to be reserved beforehand.
Important:
The more information you provide to us about your
medical history and previous treatments, the more precisely we can estimate
the costs and duration of medical diagnostics and treatment you will need.
